Prague/door
Peter at the door to our apartment. See the enlarged image to see more door details. This is the most secure door that I have ever slept behind! .... we would really like to understand the history and decision-making process for some aspects of this hotel.

We kept seeing this balloon as we walked around the city. Eventually, we ended up right across the street from where the the balloon was being loaded.

Prague/dancingHouse_P1000698
The Dancing House in downtown Prague was designed by Croatian-Czech architect Vlado Milunić and Canadian architect Frank Gehry. Peter and I had just watched a documentary on Gehry and I was startled to see this building so recognizable as his work.

Prague/ChineseR_P1010629
Touring Prague was draining. Although we usually tried to find local cuisine when we ate out, we did not see any obviously good choices near our hotel. This Chinese restaurant just down the street and we ate here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The meal was inexpensive.
